The schedule for our time together is posted below, and we will follow up soon with a schedule for the wives. We hope that you and your wife will join us!

We encourage everyone to travel to Miami and check in to the hotel no later than Sunday, October 4, so that you will not miss our meeting on Monday morning, October 5, and our embarkation Monday afternoon.

We have arranged bus transportation from the hotel to the cruise ship.

We were able to buy down the cost of each stateroom $500 due to the surplus from prior years. All pricing includes either 1 or 2 guests and all taxes / fees.

INCLUDED:

  • All meals (at standard ship restaurants and snack bars)

  • All standard beverages (coffee, juice and tea)

  • Wifi

NOT INCLUDED:

  • Gratuities are additional and are $18.50 per night (4 nights) = $74 per person / $148 for two.

Schedule

  • One night at the DoubleTree by Hilton Grand Hotel Biscayne Bay. Check in no later than October 4 so you don't miss Monday's meeting and embarkation.

  • XP Metro Meeting at the hotel (8AM–Noon); Embarkation (Noon–4PM). Bus transportation is arranged from the hotel; the ship embarks at 4PM. Welcome Reception on board.

  • Meeting (8AM–Noon); CocoCay, Bahamas (Noon–5PM).

  • Day at Sea and XP Metro Meeting (8AM–5PM).

  • Meeting (8AM–Noon); Nassau, Bahamas (Noon–5PM).

  • Disembarking. Each person will need to arrange transportation back to their airport or parking lot, etc.
